Application
Coaches submit information about their professional coach education, professional credentials where applicable, professional background, and relevant supporting information.

Review by hand
Our team reviews each submission personally. Professional coach education is reviewed, and where applicable, listed professional credentials are verified through authoritative sources — never automated. Approval follows only after the applicable review is complete.

Approved & published
Once the applicable review is complete and the coach is approved, the profile is published in The Coaching Registry with the appropriate professional status.
Registry review and professional status
Every coach listed in The Coaching Registry has been reviewed before inclusion.
The three professional statuses reflect different professional pathways, not rankings. One status is not presented as superior to another.
Professional coach education has been reviewed by The Coaching Registry and applicable listed professional credentials have been verified through authoritative sources.
Professional coach education has been reviewed. The coach has indicated that they are working toward a professional coaching credential through an external credentialing organization.
