I believe you already have the capacity to find your way forward. My role as your coach is to create the space to slow down, process what’s happening, and explore what truly matters to you, then help you bring your choices and your life into greater alignment with those things. I don’t believe there is one right answer; the solution that works for you needs to be yours. That means coaching isn’t always comfortable. I may ask questions that challenge your assumptions, invite you to look at something differently, or even make you uncomfortable. I believe that growth happens at the edge of what we already know and understand. I won’t tell you what you should do or give you my answers. Instead, I’ll help you understand yourself more deeply, see possibilities you may not have considered, and make intentional choices that feel authentic to who you are and what matters most to you.
