Supporting Caregivers & Women After Loss in Rediscovering Purpose, Connection, and Joy
Newly VerifiedProfessionally Trained CoachAs a well-being coach, I support caregivers and women navigating life after the loss of a loved one, helping them rediscover a sense of self, reconnect with purpose, and find room for joy amid life’s changes. Having cared for my husband for 13 years during his battle with brain cancer, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, offering a compassionate space for growth, self-discovery, and moving forward in a way that honors each person’s unique journey.
I believe that even in life’s most challenging seasons, there is room for growth, connection, and renewed purpose. My coaching philosophy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that each person has the capacity to discover their own path forward. I create a supportive, judgment-free space where caregivers and women navigating life after loss can explore their experiences, reconnect with who they are beyond their circumstances, and find peace and meaning in the life they are living now. I believe moving forward doesn’t mean leaving love behind or forgetting what has been lost. It means learning to carry that love with you while making room for hope, connection, and joy.
