My job isn't to hand you a five-step plan and send you on your way. It's to ask the questions nobody else is asking. To help you hear your own voice again, the one that got quiet somewhere between the promotion and the mortgage and the life that looks perfect from the outside.

I spent a decade in tech consulting proving I could climb. I got good at it. And I still felt stuck.
