I’m a teacher at heart. And I am honored to be able to share my 30+ years of experience, education, and energy with you during this most important period of your Life. My purpose is to act on your behalf as a coaching-trusted-advisor and guide you forward on your unique path.

My principles and standards of behavior are best defined as Authenticity, Relationship, and Mindset (ARM). And I weave key themes of Courage, Compassion, Curiosity, and Creativity into every conversation and engagement. As your coach, I will evaluate myself by these values as we work together.

My clients choose to work with me when avoiding change is no longer an option. They already tried ChatGPT, talked with friends, participated in industry workshops, or attended free online webinars. These options did not work. They still have that urgent desire and nagging need to break through entrenched thinking, legacy behavior, and stalled personal & professional expansion. And they understand that my combined experiences provide a science-backed guiding point of view that can lead them towards a re-definition of success, a shifted mindset, and behavioral goal alignment.
